On August 19, 2025 the Park View Estates homeowners association in Stillwater, Oklahoma sued Google subsidiary Kipper LLC and three construction firms, alleging mass grading of the $3 billion Google data center site without adequate stormwater controls sent red mud and silt into the neighborhood pond, with residents reporting dead fish. By December 2025 the student newspaper reported that Kipper LLC and Manhattan Construction Group had taken responsibility for repairing the property; the lawsuit was continuing. Partially confirmed: the damage claims are allegations in ongoing litigation.
